HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CLYDE

February afforded us another opportunity to party.  This time, it was Young Clyde's birthday and he wanted to spend it camping.  He and Meredith and Sofia had been to Collins Lake in the past and knew how pretty it was.  Extra nice, was the fact that in winter, not too many people are there.  We had two lovely sites, backing up to the lake, and the weather was perfect.

Their new trailer has an outdoor kitchen.  Since they felt the inside kitchen was adequate for preparing meals, Meredith gave the outdoor one over to Clyde for a bar, and completely outfitted it as such.  Boys and their toys -- Clyde setting up his new play area . . .

We had lots of time for relaxing, walking, visiting and eating . . .

We made a trip out of the campground to a local Ace Hardware.  We didn't find anything we were after, but had a nice little outing . . .

Whenever we camp together, Meredith & Clyde prepare one dinner and one breakfast, and Clyde and I do the other dinner and breakfast.  Yum . . .

SOFIA & FRIENDS CELEBRATE

Sofia's birthday party with all her friends was at a great place called Art Beast, where kids can play freely and engage in a multitude of creative activities.

 Papa and Geema made fruit kababs and helped clean up . . .
