INDY & THE PLAY GYM
But first, just a couple of pics left in our camera from another day . . .
It has been a tradition since the days of Clyde, Sr.'s childhood when he and his Dad listened to the Indianapolis 500 on the radio, to share the fun and excitement of this race. Even in years when we were separated from Clyde & Meredith by geography and couldn't watch it in the same room, the two Clydes would get on the phone with each other off-and-on throughout the race to "watch" it together. Yesterday's race was even more exciting than usual because we were all cheering for the Kiwi, Scott Dixon, our favorite. He has had the fastest car and been steady and consistent all season, and HE WON!!!!! We all clapped and cheered and carried on -- including Sofia, our newest inductee into this tradition.

While we had Clyde and Meredith captive (and Sofia was napping) we put them to work helping us set up an outside play gym for our girl. Meredith & I laid out the blue, cushy mats, help set up the awning and then did the Clydes a big favor by getting out of their way and went shopping. It was rough, but we're all about helping! They did a great job putting the play gym together and we hope a lot of good exercise and smiles are going to go on in our yard for the next few years.
