Sadly, Mom & Dad couldn't be with us while Mom is recovering from pelvic fractures. To help us out, while we help Mom & Dad out, Meredith and Clyde cooked Easter dinner for us at our house. Barbequed lamb chops; fresh corn cut off the cob, made with fresh basil, tomato & cream; potatoes roasted in olive oil and polenta; and a salad of fresh, crisp veggies. YUMMY !
