We might be able to fit in one more camping trip before the cool weather sets in, but we usually view our annual trip to Plymouth, in the Amador County wine country, as our last of the season. We headed up on Wednesday evening and returned home this Monday morning. There are three things we love to do there. Sit in our campsite with a good book and a local glass of wine . . .
. . . the view from our campsite . . .
Play pool in the air conditioned, quiet pool hall . . .
And visit some of the lovely, undiscovered, quaint wineries . . .
Today, Clyde had to drop the trailer off at the shop for a couple of small repairs, I have a dental appointment, Mom and I are scheduled to see her financial advisor, and Clyde will be picking Sofia up after school. We're obviously back to reality, but what a lovely escape we had!
