Mom is busy making her new house her own place. Her latest re-do was to make part of the big open kitchen into a separate breakfast nook. Her handyman, Drew, did a good job on the project and Mom is enjoying the change . . .
We know that spring must be on its way, because yesterday a pair of mallards flew in for a dip in Mom's pool. No need to worry about the duckies, the pool is not chlorinated . . .
Here is Mom's Christmas present to Clyde. How many people have a mother-in-law who thinks this much of him/her? Precious few, I think. Thank you, Mom.
Yesterday, our beautiful California weather reached a balmy 74 degrees. We took a sandwhich out to Folsom Lake and then walked a bit. Gorgeous!
