This pic represents an ordinary late afternoon watching a DVD or maybe "Sesame Street". What I love about this common scene, is how comfortable these two are together. Precious.
On Saturday, Sofia danced in her first public performance. It was the sweetest, cutest thing her Papa and I have ever attended (except, of course, when her Daddy did things like this) and it brought tears to our eyes. Sofia's team of dancers had only 1 minute and 57 seconds on stage, with no flash photography allowed. We had to make a decision between getting one good pic for posterity vs fully involving ourselves in the joy of watching our only grandchild in this adorable, momentous occasion. So, we took an "after-shot".
