CATCHING UP

Last year, after having a family of ducks camp out in our pool, we consulted the internet for ideas for discouraging duck visits.  A floating alligator seemed to get the best reviews, noting that seeing a predator in the pool discourages ducks from landing, building a nest and raising babies.  You can see how well THAT idea worked for us!

 Sofia loves to cook and is a great help in the kitchen . . .

 In May, we all went to see Sofia perform in her second ballet recital and, of course, she was outstanding and adorable . . .

 Back at home, at Sofia's request, Daddy took the bun (that her Mummy had spent considerable time creating) out of her hair . . . 

 Dylan appreciates a beautiful spring bloom . . .
