HAPPY EASTER

Sofia's Easter basket at Papa and Geema's house featured a gardening apron, with gardening gloves and tools and a Home Depot gift certificate, because when this spring rain stops and the sun comes out, we're going shopping for flowers to plant in a couple of pots that will decorate Sofia's playhouse . . .

Our neighbors, Senti and Augie stopped by with a sweet candy treat for Sofia and stayed to help us dye some eggs . . .

Look how pretty our eggs turned out. And notice the beautiful plates that Meredith and Clyde gave me for my birthday . . .

Jo sent us a "Cooking with your Toddler" cookbook and when we called to say a big "thank you", we were able to wish each other a Happy Easter and chat for a bit. In the evening, Loren called and we visited for a while.

We can't think of anything that could fill our hearts any fuller than sharing our lives with all the wonderful people and critters who are in them. We are so lucky! HAPPY SPRING to you all.
