BAKING

Hey, Aunt Jo, here's our first baking from our new cookbook -- Munchy Oat Bars - yum! We started with a trip to Bel Air Market. Then we gathered and set out all the ingredients and tools we would need. Then we made a glorious mess . . .
All the nuts got dumped on the counter-top, but we cleaned them up by eating them . . .

We were very careful using the stove-top, we lined our pan with parchment paper, and we measured all our ingredients . . .

Looking good . . .

. . . into the oven . . .

. . . doing the dishes while the oat bars bake . . .

. . . all done -- drying our hands . . .

. . . we set the timer, put out a cooling rack, and waited . . .

VOILA !!!

As good as they look. We cut them up and packaged some for going home to Mummy and Daddy. Wish you could taste them too, Aunt Jo.
